By using Noting you agree to these terms. Noting is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent.
Noting is a personal to-do and planning app. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control.
Your tasks, lists, goals and recordings are yours. They stay on your device and in your private iCloud; see the Privacy Policy.
Noting's plans, step breakdowns and priorities are generated by on-device models or rules (or by an AI provider you choose) and can be wrong. Check dates, deadlines and anything important before relying on them. Noting is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
If you add your own API key, your use of that provider is under the provider's terms and costs. You are responsible for your key.
Do not reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law or others' rights.
We may update, change or discontinue features. The app is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent allowed by law the developer is not liable for lost data or indirect damages. Keep your own backups of anything critical.
Version 1.0 is free. If paid features are added later, they will be handled by Apple, and prices and renewal terms will be shown before you buy.
